We hosted our second annual Bluegrass & BBQ fundraiser at Bethlehem Church’s 316 Campus — and it was a toe-tapping, mouth-watering, good time!
More than 160 community members joined us for this memorable night of live music, great food and powerful stories of impact. We enjoyed bluegrass music from The Skillet Lickers, a delicious BBQ dinner from Lane’s BBQ and a silent auction full of unique treasures.
But the most important part? The community impact.
One of the most meaningful moments of the evening was hearing Reena’s story. Through unexpected family health issues and growing medical bills, Reena found herself in need of some help. When she connected with New Path 1010, she said her life changed.
“Finding New Path and working with them has given me and my family hope,” said Reena. “Knowing someone cares and wants us to succeed makes all the difference. New Path has given my family the tools we need to get back on our feet again.”
Proceeds from the event will directly support New Path’s programs, including the Weekend Food Bag Program, which provides food for food-insecure students in Barrow County Schools, and the Life Restoration Program, which offers transitional housing and support services for single mothers and their children working toward independence.

The evening was an encouragement to New Path leadership that the community is behind its work.
