We hosted our first-ever Bluegrass & BBQ fundraiser on Saturday, June 21, at Bethlehem Church’s 316 Campus — and it was a great success (and lots of fun)!
With front-porch worthy music from The Skillet Lickers, a mouth-watering BBQ buffet from Lane’s BBQ and sunny weather, guests came together to enjoy great food, fun fellowship and a shared purpose: breaking the chains of generational poverty in Barrow County.
“We are so grateful for the incredible support from our sponsors, volunteers, and guests,” said New Path 1010’s Executive Director, Tifanie Bean Ring. “Their generosity helps us continue offering vital programs that equip and empower local families.”
Along with the delicious eats and toe-tapping tunes, the event featured a silent auction, photo booth and remarks from New Path staff and board members.
Proceeds from the evening will benefit New Path’s programs, including the Life Restoration Program and the Weekend Food Bag Program, which together provide housing, food and hope to families experiencing crisis and instability.
